Jason came today with his assistant, Luke, to replace my coils in a Goodman AC. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything to me and was so easy to communicate with through the process. It is not often you find an HVAC guy who is 100% ethical and up front. I felt I could trust him and he did a great job. Also more affordable than others I got quotes from. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Jason and his crew have saved us on not only all of our Refrigeration but also on all of our air conditioning!!!!! He was able to come in and get things going for us when two other companies failed us on the Refrigeration. He literally built a part on site to get us going!!! Highly recommend they are very reasonable, very punctual and professional!!!

I am very pleased with this duo. They are very attentive, personable, very knowledgable and amazingly priced. I am very happy that they were recommended to me and will recommend them over and over.

We have a commercial freezer that was not keeping temperature. Fire and Ice were able to come out the next day. Diagnostic fee was reasonable. Turned out we had a pinhole leak that needed repair and coolant refill. They had to add valves to allow the unit to be refilled as well. Gave an estimate, well below half the price of a new unit. Set appointment to return in two days. They arrived early, were quick, efficient and clean. They originally estimated 6 hours but finished in less than four.

We recommend Fire and Ice and they will be the first ones we call for any service in the future.

Jason and Jen are AMAZING! They are great at what they do, my AC is ice cold, but why I stick with them it is because they are HONEST AND FAIR! As a single mom, I always get the people that want to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have never felt like that with Jason and he responds quick! Use him, you won't go anywhere else for your AC/Heating needs.

about a year ago I was having yet again another AC problem ... when Fire & Ice came out they fixed my AC promptly and also explained how important it was to have yearly maintenance kinda like you do with oil changes on your car.. Had I known. that a decade ago I would have saved so much money .. So I appreciate the information they gave me. The h let to me signing up for there membership ... bonus I just had another problem and it fell under that membership and didn't cost me a thing ... HA winning ! lol Thank you Fire & Ice y'all rock

I used them at my old house, just bought a new house and had them come by to check out the system. They noted several things that the home inspector mentioned and gave me a couple options. We went ahead with the system maintenance cleaning and repairs. Couldn't be happier, house is cooler in the late afternoon.
